Welcome to Escape 2 Island. By booking a ticket or tour with us via our website, WhatsApp, or authorized agents, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Payment Requirement: Bookings are only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and verified.
  • E-Ticket: Upon successful payment, an e-ticket/voucher will be sent to your registered Email. This must be presented (digitally or printed) during check-in.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details (names, dates, and routes) are correct at the time of booking.

Voucher Validity & Usage

  • Specific Date: Vouchers are valid only for the date and time mentioned on the ticket.
  • Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable to other passengers and cannot be exchanged for other products or services without written approval from Escape 2 Island.
  • Exclusions: Any services not explicitly mentioned on the voucher (e.g., tips, personal travel insurance, additional meals) may incur extra charges.

Check-In & Boarding

  • Timing: Passengers must check in at the designated counter at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Late Arrival: Escape 2 Island reserves the right to resell seats for "no-show" passengers who have not checked in 30 minutes before departure. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
  • Documents: A valid ID or Passport must be presented upon request during check-in.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

  • Departure times may change due to weather/sea conditions. We’ll notify you in advance.
  • Rescheduling: Free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before departure (subject to seat availability).
    • Within 24 hours, rescheduling may be treated as a new booking or incur an administrative fee.
  • Cancellation by Passenger:
    • More than 24 hours notice: 50% refund of the total ticket price (minus bank/gateway fees).
    • Less than 24 hours notice or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
  • Promotional Tickets: Tickets purchased under a "Promo" or "Flash Sale" may be strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.

Schedule Changes & Weather Disclaimers

  • Safety First: Escape 2 Island operates at the discretion of the Indonesian Harbor Master (Syahbandar). We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or vary the route/vessel due to adverse weather, sea conditions, or technical issues.
  • Notifications: We will make every effort to notify you of changes in advance via the contact details provided during booking.
  • Liability: We are a point-to-point carrier. We are not liable for any additional costs (e.g., missed flights, hotel stays, or alternative transport) arising from delays or cancellations beyond our control. We strongly recommend all passengers have comprehensive travel insurance.

Health & Safety Restrictions

  • For your safety, our fast boat trips are not recommended for:
    • Pregnant women.
    • Individuals with heart, back, or neck conditions.
    • Individuals with serious physical impairments or recent surgeries. Passengers who choose to travel against these recommendations do so at their own risk.

Weather Disclaimer

  • Trips may be delayed/canceled for safety. Your safety is our priority.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled through the jurisdiction of the courts in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
